The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture's Career Services office provides job search advice, resources, and opportunities to students and recent alumni, while also serving as a valuable conduit to professionals worldwide. Career Services staff provide guidance through one-on-one meetings and group workshops and seek to connect students to the professional community through networking events, professional panels, employer presentations, career fairs, and more.

To schedule a resume, cover letter, and/or portfolio review, please select the appropriate major below. Please schedule appointments ONE day in advance to allow Career Service staff to confirm the meeting details. For alumni seeking advising appointments, Career Services is only able to provide advising within five years following graduation.

CAREER FAIR
Every spring, Career Services hosts an annual Career Fair, which provides the opportunity for students and employers to connect. The fair typically brings in more than 100 firms and organizations from across the United States.
Participating disciplines include Architecture, Community & Regional Planning, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, Sustainable Design, and Urban Design. Employers who are interested in attending the fair are required to be seeking full-time or internship positions available to students. Third-party recruiting and staffing firms are not eligible to participate.

JOB BOARD
Career Services maintains its own job board, which is regularly updated as the office is contacted by employers with new job or internship opportunities. This resource is only available to current School of Architecture students and alumni.
