Senior Academic Program Coordinator
Julie Tipton is the Senior Academic Program Coordinator for Academic Affairs. She works closely with the Associate Dean to assist with programming for studio lotteries, final reviews, accreditations, and student TA appointments.
Prior to joining the School of Architecture, Julie served as an Academic Program Coordinator for the University of Texas School of Law. She worked closely with the Director of Academic Services to assist with registration operations, scheduling and coordinating the final exam process, and assisting with law student accommodations.
Julie is originally from North Carolina and served as a Special Education Teacher in the North Carolina public schools for almost 10 years before moving to Texas. Outside of work, Julie enjoys going to concerts, spending time with friends, and enjoying all the Texas food.
